Join Us in Tackling Period Poverty in New Zealand ✊
At Crimson, we believe every girl and woman deserves access to safe, reliable period products. Yet, every month, 100,000 Kiwi girls miss up to a week of school simply because they don’t have the products they need. That’s 10 weeks of missed education each year, unfairly holding them back from equal opportunities.
But it’s not just schoolgirls who are affected. Many women in New Zealand face impossible choices—choosing between feeding their families or buying period products for themselves. There is no dignity in managing your period without access to essential products.
Our founder, dedicated 25 years to advocating for vulnerable women within the justice system.
She created Crimson to raise awareness of period poverty and help eliminate this issue impacting too many women and girls.
Our new owner Rose is committed to continuing this legacy and mission.
