I used to applicator tampons and thought I would try these as they are better for the body. Didn’t like the non applicator style unfortunately.
I’ve had a terrible cramp and I was just glad I had this charged, wouldn’t have survived waiting for the kettle for my hot water bottle. I found the massaging feature weird for the belly but I can imagine it would be nice for back or shoulder pains
