Great for tense shoulders/neck pain

I get really tense shoulder muscles and neck pain from sitting doing computer keyboard work and I’ve found the belt fantastic for providing some relief from this. Because it has an elastic adjustable belt you don’t have to hold it in place so I wear it at my desk and can carry on working! I attach it diagonally across my chest/back, and swap sides after awhile. Love the vibration as well as the heat pad!
