I have found this very good to wear at work for osteoarthritis in my lower back.

Really useful for students. As someone who suffers from intensely painful period cramps, this has been very helpful in getting me to school as I can wear it under my school shirt and relieve/ease the pain without having to take sick days.

I get really tense shoulder muscles and neck pain from sitting doing computer keyboard work and I’ve found the belt fantastic for providing some relief from this. Because it has an elastic adjustable belt you don’t have to hold it in place so I wear it at my desk and can carry on working! I attach it diagonally across my chest/back, and swap sides after awhile. Love the vibration as well as the heat pad!
