Travel & On-the-Go Care FAQ
How do I empty and clean my disc in a public or shared bathroom?
Remove the disc carefully using the ring, tip the contents into the toilet, then wipe the inside with clean toilet paper or a damp cloth. Rinse at the sink when possible, or reinsert after wiping. Wash thoroughly with water (no soap needed for a quick mid-cycle rinse) when you're back at a private sink.
How do I sterilise when travelling?
At the end of your period, sterilise your disc using boiling water or microwave steam. Our Collapsible Steriliser folds flat for easy packing, or use the structured Steam Steriliser Pod — both work with microwave steam or boiling water and are made from 100% silicone.
How often do I need to sterilise?
Sterilise at the start and end of each period cycle. During your period, a thorough rinse with water between empties is sufficient.
Can I sleep with the disc in?
Yes — the disc can be worn for up to 12 hours, making it suitable for overnight use.
What if I don't have access to water mid-cycle?
Wipe the disc clean with unscented, alcohol-free wipes or clean toilet paper, then reinsert. Rinse properly at the next available opportunity.
How do I store my disc between cycles?
Once sterilised and fully dry, store it in the included 100% cotton bag. Avoid airtight containers — breathable storage keeps it fresh.
Experience the freedom of a more comfortable, stress-free period.
