How do I empty and rinse my cup in a public or shared bathroom?
Remove the cup by pinching the base to release the seal, tip the contents into the toilet, then wipe the inside with clean toilet paper or a damp cloth. Rinse at the sink when you can. A quick water rinse (no soap needed mid-cycle) is all that's required before reinserting.
How do I sterilise when travelling?

How often do I need to sterilise?

What if I don't have access to water mid-cycle?
Wipe the cup clean with unscented, alcohol-free wipes or clean toilet paper, then reinsert. Rinse properly at the next available opportunity.
How do I store my cup between cycles?

I normally use period undies which I prefer over all other options that I have tried. I tried Moon cups but I did not find them comfortable or helpful at all. But these! Are perfect, so comfortable and no leakage!
